Services sold by partners & by Montoor are available on the website (Simão Teixeira – ENI & Owner), based in Monção (Portugal), tourism license RNAVT 8377 e NIF 245575286. The product information presented on the website is intended only to provide a brief informative summary for the visitor’s convenience and information.
We take all necessary steps to ensure that the information and data contained on the website is accurate and up-to-date when entered into it. However, regular updating or correction of this information is not guaranteed. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information (including information about goods and products) included on the website. Why do we need your information?
– We will process your personal data for traveler management and marketing purposes.
– The information you provide us is only intended to provide you with a service that is more suited to your characteristics and needs. As such, and for the purposes of product reservations and Traveller Support contacts, we hereby inform you that your contact details and address will be transmitted to our subcontracted colaborators/partners for the realization of the products reserved by our travellers. We will process your data to send you information about products and services. This data processing will only be carried out with your consent, provided at the time of registration. If you consent, you will receive marketing publications via email and/or WhatsApp.
– Consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes may be revoked at any time. Your data will be kept until you request its deletion.

What we collect and store – While you visit our website, we will record:

  • Products you’ve viewed: We use this, for example, to show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Departure location: we will ask you to, for example, estimate transport costs before making a booking!

We also use cookies to preserve the contents of your bag while you browse our website..

When you book on our website, we will ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, departure location, email address, WhatsApp number, payment details and optional account information such as username and password. We will use this information for purposes such as:

  • Send you information about the booking
  • Respond to your requests, including changes/cancellations/refunds/exchanges
  • Payment processing and fraud prevention
  • Set up your account on our website
  • Comply with all legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our platform offerings
  • Send you offer messages if you wish to receive them

In general, we store information about you for as long as we need it for the purposes for which we collected it, and we are not required by law to continue to keep it. For example, we will store information for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes name, email, and billing address. We save comments or reviews.

Who on our team has access – Our team members have access to the information you provide to us. For example, platform administrators and managers can access:

  • Booking information, what/when/where the booking will be
  • User information such as name, email and billing address and departure location.

Our team members have access to this information to make reservations, process changes/cancellations/refunds/exchanges, and provide user/traveller support.

What we share with third parties – We share information with third parties who help us process bookings.

How long is your data retained? – For users that register on our website, we store the personal information provided in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

Payments – We accept the types of payments present at Checkout, such as Bank Transfer, debit card or other method present on the platform (depending on the country of origin of the reservation).

Reviews – When travellers write reviews on the platform, we collect the data shown in the reviews form, as well as the traveller’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media – If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Travellers to the site can download and extract any location data from images on the site.

Embedded content from other websites – Certain products on the website may include integrated content (e.g. videos, images, products, etc…). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly the same way as if the traveller had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Password – If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email message.

How long do we keep your data? – If you leave a review, the review and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and automatically approve any subsequent reviews instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Web administrators can also view and edit this information.
