01 – About Montoor

(1) WORKING HOURS – 10h > 15h Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday, more urgent cases) – We reply by WhatsApp / email to our travellers and partners (FESTIVE DAYS > Day off).

(2) TRAVELLER SERVICE – As tourism in Portugal grows, the number of cases of people being scammed increases. The 100% online service allows for written proof through the exchange of EMAILS, being the only legal way to record in writing everything that was contracted by the traveller.

(3) OFFICE – Montoor does not have a physical space. We divide our time between providing service at the established time to respond to emails and developing/organizing/prospecting products through teleworking.

(4) BRANCH – We do not have any branches directly. We are experts in the destinations on our platform, we do not publish the unknown. It allows us to talk about each destination in the first person and our collaborators/partners are an extension of MONTOOR.

03 - Who can be a Montoor PARTNERS?
04 - Partners liability towards MONTOOR

Partners at MONTOOR are responsible for information, booking and payment from their travellers, relating with tours, circuits, trips or other tourism product present at MONTOOR. The partner must always remain communicable and available to respond to any contact requests from MONTOOR. Partners are also responsible for each booking request.
05 - MONTOOR's liability towards the partners

After the booking is made, the PARTNER is responsible for contacting the traveller directly for payment and to send them the booking number. The traveller is responsible too respect the products starting points. If these steps are not respected, MONTOOR and their product partners are not responsible for any payment due or delay of traveller. The traveller must remain communicable and available to respond to requests from MONTOOR or its partners.
06 - Your customers > Our new Travellers

When you make the first booking from a new traveller on the platform, you become their “Trip Maker”. With each new booking, you receive the commission without necessarily having sent ads for it!

How is possible? When you are LOGIN, just make a new booking and in checkout page, “ADD TRIP MAKER > write your tour maker name”… FAST and EASY to have your customers into our new travellers 🙂

We would like to thank each partner for their efforts in getting new travellers registered on the platform.

Can a traveller change tour maker? Yes, the request must be made by the traveller, writing us, either via WhatsApp or Email. Each tour maker will be notified with an email from Montoor.

Why is it allowed to change trip maker? There may be a thousand and one explanations from each traveller. Montoor wants every traveller to feel “at home” and for that only reason, exchanges are accepted and not questionable.
07 - Limited nº of products! WHY?

We are sustainable booking platform, for sustainable tourism and sustainable partnerships! Small, medium & big companies or businessmen/entrepreneurs have the same opportunity to devellop only the best sustainable products of their region/country. When your product have good sells, add one more, UP TO 9… Trips Made Easy, that’s it!
08 - Enquiries, I have to pay?

To have a sustainable platform, with products & prices at the best rates, enquiries are not paid, but to avoid having too many unreserved orders, for your first enquiry you need to pay small enquiry fee! After, the average for ordering enquiries without paying any upfront fee, 1 in 5 orders has to be completed. Otherwise, you pay the order fee each time (fee included in the final price of each product).
09 - Products commissions

When you or your travellers make new bookings, you always win a commision. A new traveller always have a Trip Maker associated (see next point). MONTOOR sends a report of all bookings and commissions by the 5th of each month. Yes, we confirm and send by email (does not appear in your partner panel).

For “BE LOCAL” products, from collaborators, we promote some local/regional/national products or services, no commissions. Every discount on these products go to traveller.

For travel products, from MONTOOR BRAND or PARTNER BRAND, you can win up to 15% commission by month.

You can receive commissions document information before your inscription, for that, you need to fill the form on pop-up. Or you receive the document after registration, only if you don’t ask for them before.
10 - TRIP MAKER

Who are you and how can they help travellers? It’s a connecting person between us and some travellers!

– A Trip Maker is a company or an independent professional, can be a partner with a license to sell travel products. It thanks to him that travellers maybe find Montoor, don’t forget when you share our platform or products to mention YOUR TRIP MAKER ID (is your username. Ex: TRIP MAKER > MONTOOR TRIPS)
– Some Trip Makers are perfectly knowledgeable about the product and the destination and can help travellers better than anyone else to resolve your questions and doubts. Don’t forget to mention YOUR TRIP MAKER ID when you promote the platform or some of their products. It’s important for travellers to know it when registering on the platform as a new user! Otherwise, the traveller are not associated to your account!

Yes, we know, you directly inscribe your travellers, but some of them know you and Montoor Platform, but they don’t know YOUR TRIP MAKER ID ! It’s always better to have more ways to give you commissions 🙂
