Guarantee Exclusions:

The guarantee applies to confirmed and fully paid bookings, with no cancellations (Products under the “BE LOCAL” and “MONTOOR” brands: excluded from the BEST PRICE offer).

The guarantee applies to offers published on websites whose origin is the same as that of the country where the Montoor offer is broadcast/published (Portugal), and/or whose payment is available using the same payment method and in the same currency as the offer proposed by Montoor and its partners (Euro €). The platform (Montoor) booking fees are not included in the final price (ex.: €100 + €3 fees = €100 comparison price)

The price guarantee applies to offers from the same partner whose price is lower without promotional codes, loyalty card discounts, discount vouchers, coupons, vouchers, or other names that allow for a promotion/discount.

The guarantee applies to offers published outside the original booking site and if the traveller finds the same product by carrying out simulations without these being tailor-made offers (package for sale).
