Our policy varies depending on the product booked. We do not provide a full refund or exchange!
01- CANCELLATION – All services have conditions suited to your needs and cancellations may vary. Check the conditions at the time of booking.
01.1 – Soft: (1) Up to 8 days in advance – 80% refundable; (2) 7 – 6 days before – 70% refundable; (3) 5 – 4 days before – 60% refundable; (4) 3 days or less in advance – no refund
01.2 – Flexible: (1) Up to 16 days in advance – 80% refundable; (2) 15 – 13 days before – 70% refundable; (3) 12 – 11 days before – 60% refundable; (4) 10 days or less in advance – no refund
01.3 – Strict: (1) Up to 36 days in advance – 80% refundable; (2) 35 – 33 days before – 70% refundable; (3) 32 – 31 days before – 60% refundable; (4) 30 days or less in advance – no refund
01.4 – VERY Strict: (1) Up to 91 days in advance – 80% refundable; (2) 90 – 61 days before – 60% refundable; (3) 60 – 31 days before – 40% refundable; (4) 30 days or less in advance – no refund
01.5 – Soft flight: (1) Up to 36 days in advance – 60% refundable; (2) 35 – 33 days before – 40% refundable; (3) 32 – 31 days before – 20% refundable; (4) 30 days or less in advance – no refund
01.6 – Flexible flight: (1) Up to 61 days in advance – 60% refundable; (2) 60 – 46 days before – 40% refundable; (3) 45 – 31 days before – 20% refundable; (4) 30 days or less in advance – no refund
01.7 – Strict flight: (1) Up to 91 days in advance – 60% refundable; (2) 90 – 61 days before – 40% refundable; (3) 60 – 31 days before – 20% refundable; (4) 30 days or less in advance – no refund
01.8 – VERY Strict flight: (1) Up to 121 days in advance – 60% refundable; (2) 120 – 91 days before – 40% refundable; (3) 90 – 61 days before – 20% refundable; (4) 60 days or less in advance – no refund
01.9 – Tailor-made: (1) Sent at the time of the proposal, based on the services requested. (2) Non-refundable deposit amount. (3) Deposit amount including VAT.
02- REFUND – Once the order is received and the cancellation terms for the product in question are verified, we will send you an email notifying you of your order. If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
02.1 – If you haven’t received our refund yet, first check your bank account again. Knowing that after receiving our confirmation by email, the transfer takes up to 3 business days to reach your bank account (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days!)

03- CHANGE – You can change your seat, knowing the following conditions:
03.1 – Transfer of booking – You may transfer your reservation and be replaced by another traveller of the same sex, provided that you inform MONTOOR 45 days before the start of the product at no additional cost. (less than 45 days, costing €25), unless one of the collaborating entities considers it as withdrawal, you will have additional costs previously communicated. If the new traveller is of the opposite sex and it is not possible for MONTOOR to group him/her with a traveller of the same sex, you will be subject to paying the supplement for the individual accommodation of the product.
03.2 – Product Price – If you exchange it for another product on the platform and the price is different, you will have to pay the difference or a coupon will be issued with the additional value for you to use on a future reservation, with no expiration date.
03.3 – Expenses – There may be expenses associated with your reservation to secure your place. Before any type of exchange takes place, we contact the different services present in it and check whether or not there are associated costs (this will depend on the service, the collaborator/partner and the date on which the product exchange is requested).
